Our Volunteer Rewards system recognizes that some volunteer opportunities have more perks than others. Depending on what position you have accepted, Volunteer Rewards will be distributed on a different scale.

Volunteer Rewards will be distributed at the Banff Mountain Festivals occurring each fall. If you volunteer earlier in the year, these hours will accumulate and be paid out at the next festival. Volunteering throughout the year is a great way to earn tickets and be able to sit back and enjoy the entire festival when the time comes!

In addition to all of the great people you will meet and work with, the skills and experience you can add to your resume and the fun you will have by being a Mountain Culture Volunteer, here is a breakdown of the more tangible Volunteer Rewards:

(Positions generally include theatre attendants, on-demand room attendants, film duplicators)

(Positions generally include info booth attendant, set up/tear down)

(Positions generally include exhibitor coordinator, info booth coordinators)
